Responsibilities
- Design and implement IBM TRIRIGA integrations using APIs, wrappers, and enterprise integration patterns through the Global Integration Platform.
- Own TRIRIGA integration demands end to end across enhancements, projects, and operational support.
- Coordinate and guide internal and external integration developers to ensure aligned, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with the Global Integration Platform team on platform standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Contribute to API contracts, data mappings, interface specifications, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and integration monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cross-system integration issues, including incident and problem management.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience designing and implementing integration interfaces and data flows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA integration capabilities, including OSLC, Web APIs, APIC, and data exchange, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and ownership skills.
- Experience with Facility Management or Workplace Management systems is preferred; exposure to MREF or MAS is an advantage.
