Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, test, implement, and support Archer and other GRC technologies through the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and provide technical support to internal enterprise users.
- Perform data imports, data feeds, single-record corrections, organization hierarchy updates, and attestation process support.
- Monitor data feeds and Autosys job failures, resolve issues, and rerun jobs as needed.
- Gather and refine business and technical requirements and explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Research existing configuration architecture and document technical designs, business logic, and application processes.
- Assist with design, build, testing, implementation, and performance standards, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Comply with Incident, Change, and Problem Management policies while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of relevant experience monitoring, managing, and responding to support requests in Archer.
- At least five years of Archer application configuration experience, preferably with Archer 2024.09 or newer.
- Extensive technical troubleshooting, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, documentation, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of Operational Risk Programs is a plus.
- Advanced experience developing formulas in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
