Responsibilities
- Design and build applications using Python and AI tools.
- Support component design, development, and maintenance while maintaining high personal technical quality standards.
- Help define structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Gather feedback from users and clients and build solutions to address their needs.
- Analyze client requirements.
- Support Technical Leaders with project execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with client and distributed project teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level.
- Deep knowledge of Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Practical experience developing AI applications and real-world software solutions.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Deep understanding of version control tools such as Git.
- Testing experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including familiarity with testing tools.
- Practical experience with databases and cloud environments.
- Experience with automation, CI, and CD.
- Experience building software collaboratively through pull requests and code reviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Golang experience is desirable.
- Frontend experience with React is desirable.
- Deep Kubernetes knowledge is desirable.
- Candidates must be based in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
