Responsibilities
- Analyze functional requirements, user stories, and business documentation to identify test scenarios.
- Design, document, and maintain test cases using Gherkin syntax.
- Participate in refinements, analysis sessions, and functional validation with business and technical teams.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, API, and performance tests.
- Validate integrations among CRM systems, microservices, APIs, and core banking systems.
- Test credit, disbursement, payment, commercial campaign, lead management, offer, and transactional financial processes.
- Execute API tests with Postman and performance tests with JMeter.
- Analyze logs and transaction traceability to identify defect root causes.
- Query and validate relational database information using SQL and DB2.
- Record defects, evidence, and incident follow-up in Jira and Xray.
- Define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
- Manage QA activities and priorities autonomously while collaborating across development, architecture, business, and integration teams.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience as a QA Functional Engineer or Senior QA Analyst.
- Experience working on banking, financial services, or fintech projects.
- Experience validating microservices architectures, integration tests, and REST API integrations.
- Proficiency with Postman for designing and executing service tests.
- Experience testing credits, disbursements, payments, and transactional financial processes.
- Experience managing test cases and defects with Jira and Xray.
- Experience documenting scenarios with Gherkin syntax.
- Experience using SQL for data validation and knowledge of DB2 and relational databases.
- Experience analyzing logs and traceability in distributed processes.
- Experience working with agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and strong focus on results and quality.
- Preferred experience implementing or migrating CRM platforms and working with campaigns, CRM, leads, commercial offers, and customer journeys.
- Preferred experience with BanTotal Core Banking, observability and monitoring tools, Google Cloud Platform, and banking digital transformation.
- ISTQB Foundation or higher certification is desirable.
