Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting and guidance.
- Engage with customers to gather integration and automation requirements.
- Lead the solution design process jointly with customers.
- Share best practices related to deployment models and governance structures.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback.
- Become a Workato evangelist, demonstrating how Workato can drive business automation.
- Act as a trusted customer advisor and advocate within Workato.
- Conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and provide guidance on optimizations.
- Contribute to the growth of the technical consulting team by creating and enhancing content.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage multiple priorities and projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
- Knowledge of integrations and system design principles.
- Good understanding of technology and industry trends in app integration.
- Demonstrated implementation of quality integration solutions using best practices.
- Understanding of on-premise infrastructure and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience with the SDLC and troubleshooting integrations.
- Ability to create quality technical documentation.
- Experience with at least one integration platform like Workato or MuleSoft.
- Experience with cloud business apps like Workday or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with web development frameworks and JS is a plus.
- Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Experience embedding third-party integrations into web apps is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
