Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable OneStream and EPM software solutions.
- Own OneStream architecture, infrastructure, environment management, application performance, governance, security compliance, and integrations end to end.
- Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural solutions.
- Drive software development best practices, automation, continuous improvement, and efficient development workflows.
- Integrate OneStream with Data Lake, SQL Server, S4 HANA, Power BI, and other systems.
- Develop and oversee software testing strategies and support robust, defect-free deployments.
- Conduct operational assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement system improvements.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, operations, and internal teams while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Research emerging technologies, apply AI expertise to product functionality, and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership on software development projects.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream, Hyperion, and other EPM tools.
- End-to-end OneStream implementation experience with significant OneStream infrastructure management exposure.
- Strong expertise in EPM and planning technologies, including planning, forecasting, and month-end processes.
- Experience integrating OneStream with Data Lake, SQL Server, S4 HANA, and Power BI.
- Extensive software development lifecycle experience and a deep understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Strong background in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Proven system design, architecture, requirements analysis, and operational assessment skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and customer-focused abilities.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and working in a self-motivated, team-oriented manner.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: knowledge of Claude, Generative AI, and Sensible ML.
- Preferred: experience with emerging technologies and automation initiatives in EPM or infrastructure environments.
