Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Integration Consultants to understand client integration requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Integration Consultants and clients.
- Utilize Open REST APIs to offer expert integration advice.
- Develop customized integration solutions using relevant APIs and data transformation techniques.
- Coordinate with the MaintainX Engineering and Product Team on customer integration requirements.
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions through testing.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and progress reports.
- Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues during integration.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients for smooth integration project execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and timeline management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, including roles in solutions architecture or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from various formats and applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills across stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Critical thinking mindset with adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
