Responsibilities
- Partner with Integration Consultants to understand client requirements and business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement customized integration solutions using APIs, connectors, and data transformation techniques.
- Provide technical guidance and integration advice to consultants and clients on using MaintainX Open APIs.
- Collaborate with MaintainX Engineering and Product teams to prioritize customer integration requirements.
- Test integration solutions to support reliability, security, and performance.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, code documentation, and progress reports.
- Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
- Debug and troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing client technical support.
- Coordinate with consultants, project management, and other stakeholders to support seamless project delivery.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and timeline management.
Requirements
- At least three years of software development experience, including possible experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, or software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation.
- Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from different formats and source applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects involving external and internal stakeholders and adapt to changing requirements.
- Bonus: experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Sage Intacct, or other third-party integrations.
- Bonus: manufacturing industry experience and knowledge of IoT sensors, historians, SCADA, PLCs, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Bonus: familiarity with Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier.
