Responsibilities
- Ingest and analyze large amounts of structured customer, product, and event data.
- Create probabilistic knowledge graphs by training machine learning models.
- Implement research algorithms for high-scale production use.
- Build visual tools to help users understand their data and customers.
- Integrate systems into the core operations of client businesses.
- Automate management of numerous virtual machines running data processing jobs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience in SaaS and distributed systems.
- Experience with large-scale data-oriented systems on major cloud platforms.
- Strong technical judgment and ability to guide architectural decisions.
- Passion for building scalable infrastructure systems.
- Familiarity with functional programming languages, particularly Clojure, is a plus.
- Ability to mentor team members and share knowledge across the engineering team.
