Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and evolution of the entity data platform.
- Design systems for processing large volumes of vendor data with high reliability and accuracy.
- Reduce manual validation through AI-assisted resolution and confidence scoring.
- Establish contracts for data correctness and traceability.
- Balance AI-driven and rules-based approaches to improve reliability.
- Deliver end-to-end integrations across data ingestion and delivery.
- Respond to production incidents and improve system observability.
- Set engineering standards and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale production systems.
- Proven experience with data ingestion, entity resolution, and normalization at scale.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, data pipelines, or AI-powered classification.
- Strong skills in code, system design, and architecture patterns.
- Ability to design trustworthy systems using probabilistic and deterministic approaches.
- Experience with company or financial reference data is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and internal platforms is preferred.
