Base Salary
$206k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Modernize monolithic components by refactoring them into distributed, scalable architectures.
- Lead major code design decisions and develop technical solutions aligned with long-term engineering frameworks.
- Deliver and operate complex, large-scale, distributed, and high-availability systems.
- Build and maintain software using C#, .NET, React, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Improve developer experience through engineering tooling and development practices.
- Mentor and coach engineers while contributing to technical standards, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering and operating complex large-scale systems in distributed or high-availability environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to ramp quickly across adjacent technologies.
- Experience designing and building high-quality software across a range of languages and tools.
- Ability to lead major code design decisions and contribute to broader technical solutioning.
- Experience with automated testing, refactoring, and agile delivery practices.
- Passion for technical excellence, proactive knowledge sharing, and mentoring other engineers.
