Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 17+ with a strong backend focus.
- Build and maintain services using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST, SOAP, SOA, and microservices architectures.
- Implement asynchronous JMS-based messaging and work with messaging platforms such as ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, and RabbitMQ.
- Develop Angular frontends using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including component communication, conditional rendering, composite components, and asynchronous API calls.
- Own complex modules end-to-end and use Maven for build and dependency management.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, static analysis, testing, and tools such as SonarQube, PMD, and Checkstyle.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for development and refactoring.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Java experience, including Java 17+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Framework 6.x, JMS-based messaging, SOA, and REST and SOAP services.
- Proficiency with Maven and code quality tools including SonarQube, PMD, and Checkstyle.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong Angular and JavaScript ES6/ES7 skills, with hands-on TypeScript experience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including custom CSS, and experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, React, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps tools is preferred.
- Excellent English communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA qualification.
