Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead and mentor team members while guiding design and implementation activities.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design and implement SAP CO Management Accounting, cost accounting, and management accounting solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and software quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deliver software components.
- Participate actively in team discussions and independently provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting and strong knowledge of financial and controlling modules within ERP systems.
- Experience designing and implementing cost accounting and management accounting solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and custom software engineering best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
