Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow customizations and core platform configurations.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI components, scripts, reports, data imports, and third-party integrations.
- Gather and document user and process requirements and architect end-to-end ServiceNow technical implementations.
- Organize and prioritize development efforts while interfacing with vendors, management, clients, and project teams.
- Lead or support ServiceNow implementation and administration teams.
- Perform quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
- Apply consulting methodologies and deliver technical and functional solutions for client engagements.
- Coach and delegate work to team members while reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Requirements
- 4–9 years of professional experience.
- Graduate/Bachelor's degree, BE/BTech, or MCA.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow customization, platform setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and workflows.
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Services skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Experience with or knowledge of ITSM, HR, GRC, VR, ITOM, and SecOps.
- Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile development environments.
- Preferred exposure to AngularJS or another scripting language, Active Directory configuration or administration, and Azure Web Services.
