Responsibilities
- Drive the design, strategy, and execution of complex Webex Partner Hub platform enhancements and feature sets.
- Provide architectural oversight and conduct rigorous code reviews focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions while coordinating Product Management, UX, and engineering teams.
- Promote security, observability, automated testing, and CI/CD practices in a resilient development environment.
- Identify and resolve system-wide technical bottlenecks affecting reliability and long-term platform stability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster ongoing technical growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical field.
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience focused on enterprise-grade systems.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures.
- Track record of delivering complex software solutions in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
- Experience leading technical projects and working across cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with architectural strategy across multiple engineering teams, large-scale B2B or partner-facing portals, advanced DevOps practices, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
