Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex application configuration strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead improvements to release management, programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of application updates.
- Provide user communication, application support, and guidance on support requests.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships, relevant contracts, incidents, service requests, and prioritization against service level agreements.
- Monitor configured application performance and recommend efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
- Identify and implement improvements to application-specific support processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects ten or more years.
- At least three years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience, including Position Management, Workflow, RBP, and Business Rules.
- Experience leading or serving as the primary technical resource on a SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation in a multi-country or multi-location environment.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP or CPI for system integrations.
- Strong technical expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central application configuration, support, testing, deployment, and related functionality.
