Responsibilities
- Manage NetSuite users, roles, permissions, security settings, custom fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Maintain system performance, data integrity, compliance, sandbox refreshes, release management, and post-upgrade testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x scripts, custom records, and SuiteFlow workflows.
- Build and maintain NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and ServiceNow using SuiteScripts, Restlets, REST web services, and middleware tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration data flows and logs.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal NetSuite users and document processes, scripts, and system changes.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities while partnering with Finance, Procurement, and IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–9 years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development experience.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials, Procurement, and Asset Management modules.
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow.
- Experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk, SOAP/REST APIs, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and JSON/XML data formats.
- Familiarity with SnapLogic, Celigo, or similar integration platforms is preferred.
- NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, and applicable SnapLogic certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, organization, and prioritization skills.
