Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software components and supporting applications for Controller 6610 products.
- Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot complex software and system-level issues.
- Participate in feature development across the full software lifecycle from requirements through delivery.
- Develop and improve automated testing, verification, and CI/CD workflows.
- Contribute to software quality, maintainability, automation, and continuous improvement of the engineering environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams across international Ericsson sites.
- Support software integration, system verification, and release activities.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Strong software development skills in C++, Java, and/or Python.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation agents.
- Experience with software design, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and international teamwork skills.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of serial communication, Ericsson products, telecom architectures, or Googletest is desirable.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is desirable.
