Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software components and supporting applications for Controller 6610 products.
  • Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot complex software and system-level issues.
  • Participate in feature development across the full software lifecycle from requirements through delivery.
  • Develop and improve automated testing, verification, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Contribute to software quality, maintainability, automation, and continuous improvement of the engineering environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams across international Ericsson sites.
  • Support software integration, system verification, and release activities.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong software development skills in C++, Java, and/or Python.
  • Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation agents.
  • Experience with software design, implementation, integration, and testing.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and international teamwork skills.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of serial communication, Ericsson products, telecom architectures, or Googletest is desirable.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is desirable.
