Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of long-term-impact software within the existing system architecture.
- Maintain the existing technology stack and debug and fix issues.
- Build features, reusable components, tools, and products for other developers.
- Create, enhance, and promote robust automated test suites and continuous integration.
- Participate in product code reviews and help prevent future customer-impacting problems.
- Follow software development lifecycle processes in an Agile methodology.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, documentation teams, architects, and other engineering teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated motivation to learn and improve technical skills.
- Software engineering experience in SaaS application development.
- Production experience with Go.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.
- Knowledge of operating-system internals, preferably Linux.
- Preferred knowledge of Python, C++, AWS or Azure, computer networks, and gRPC.
- Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
