Responsibilities
- Develop backend tasks in .NET and maintain APIs.
- Assist with system integrations and write clean, testable code.
- Create unit tests with mentor support.
- Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, research, and automation while verifying generated solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, internal workshops, and technical demos.
- Analyze bugs and logs and collaborate with experienced developers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial experience.
- Practical knowledge of C# and willingness to develop within the .NET and ASP.NET Core ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience through personal projects, a GitHub profile, or commercial work.
- Basic understanding of backend development, Web API, Entity Framework, and databases.
- Working knowledge of Git and the ability to read and improve existing code.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Gemini.
- Understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations, data security, privacy, and the need to verify results.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication, independence, curiosity, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
- Preferred qualifications include an active GitHub profile or portfolio, SQL and database optimization knowledge, unit testing experience, and interest in automation and productivity tools.
