Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of platform features, integrations, and software defect fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on designs and code.
- Balance technical debt, feature development, and customer support needs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in code and production environments.
- Make tactical and strategic technical trade-offs and take accountability for technical debt.
- Help the team deliver features as needed.
- Use AI agents and agentic AI tools for development.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JDBC, JPA, Spring Security, and Java EE technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including optimized queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Knowledge of API design, REST, JAX-RS, third-party APIs, GitHub or Bitbucket, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS or Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, and SASS.
- Comfort with agentic AI development and collaboration in a diverse team environment.
- CRM development experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or ServiceNow is a nice-to-have qualification.
- Familiarity with AWS services, particularly EC2 and S3, is a nice-to-have qualification.
