Responsibilities
- Develop backend functionality in .NET, maintain APIs, and assist with system integrations.
- Write clean, testable code and create unit tests with mentor support.
- Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, technical research, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews, internal workshops, technical demos, and bug and log analysis.
- Collaborate with experienced developers and verify AI-generated solutions before implementation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial experience.
- Practical knowledge of C# and willingness to develop within the .NET and ASP.NET Core ecosystem.
- Hands-on backend experience through personal projects, a GitHub profile, or commercial exposure.
- Basic understanding of backend development, Web API, Entity Framework, and databases.
- Working knowledge of Git and the ability to read and improve existing code.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Gemini.
- Understanding of AI hallucinations, data security, privacy, and the need to verify AI-generated output.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication, independence, curiosity, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Preferred qualifications include an active GitHub profile or portfolio, basic SQL and database optimization knowledge, unit-testing experience, and interest in automation and productivity tools.
