Responsibilities
- Build and deliver software products within a defined product line.
- Develop software products that meet specified requirements and pass quality reviews.
- Identify and resolve software issues to support smooth product functionality.
- Plan and execute the delivery process for software products.
- Maintain and enhance commercially available software products owned by the organization or its clients.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions and collaborative efforts.
Requirements
- Beginner proficiency in the ServiceNow Platform.
- Beginner proficiency in Packaged Application Integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Prior experience in relevant related skills is advantageous.
- Beginner proficiency in software platforms and software development lifecycle understanding.
- Intermediate proficiency in problem solving and communication skills.
- Beginner proficiency in collaboration tools.
