Base Salary
$157k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve data integration infrastructure and experimentation data flows.
- Build connections between Growth's external tools and internal systems.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to translate priorities into executable engineering work.
- Balance system health with velocity, making deliberate tradeoffs.
- Work across the full product stack as needed, maintaining a generalist mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production software experience in a startup or high-ownership environment.
- Experience with data and experimentation infrastructure.
- Ability to weigh technical tradeoffs between velocity and system health.
- Experience translating ambiguous product requirements into well-defined work units.
- History of working closely with a strong PM on user-facing teams.
