Responsibilities
- Develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 CE solutions using C# and .NET.
- Build plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and TypeScript customizations, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
- Implement integrations using Dataverse Web API, XRM SDK, REST APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Manage CRM solutions, deployments, troubleshooting, debugging, and production or global support activities.
- Work with SQL Server, FetchXML, Azure DevOps, Git, and CRM data migration tools.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core, plugin development, and custom workflow activities.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Dataverse/CDS, Web API, XRM SDK, Power Automate, FetchXML, REST API integrations, Azure DevOps, Git, and SQL Server.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug CRM issues and manage solutions and deployments.
- Preferred qualifications include Power Apps, Power BI, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, CPQ integrations, ServiceNow integrations, Application Insights, Azure Monitoring, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience in global support or production support environments is preferred.
