Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve tooling, dashboards, and workflows for software releases.
- Create visibility into release health by tracking key metrics.
- Help teams identify release risks early and drive execution.
- Partner with the Engineering Release Manager to track milestones.
- Assist with commit approvals to maintain release quality.
- Support critical release operations like tagging and signing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on validation gates and readiness.
- Improve release automation and operational processes.
- Maintain release artifacts and documentation for alignment.
- Analyze failures and trends to enhance release quality.
- Solve challenging problems through persistence and insight.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled peers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective release management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Python, Golang, or similar languages.
- Experience in software release processes and milestone tracking.
- Familiarity with release tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in data storage technologies is desirable.
- Experience with hyperscale compute and storage architectures is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
