Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in quantitative trading systems and live analytics processes.
- Monitor systems and develop improved monitoring processes and tools.
- Develop new features in Python and C++.
- Manage configuration and changes.
- Assist with onboarding.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Manager teams, Central Research Technology, and Execution Services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional support and/or software engineering experience.
- Experience supporting trading systems; experience with co-located low-latency systems is a strong plus.
- Fluency in C++, Python, and SQL.
- Familiarity with the software delivery lifecycle and production deployment.
- Cloud experience is a strong plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
