Base Salary
$108k - $112k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Integrate low-code solutions with enterprise systems using connectors, APIs, and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Apply software design, testing, application maintenance, and security practices to deliver reliable solutions.
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Prioritize work using roadmaps, epics, and backlogs and make thoughtful technical decisions.
- Independently troubleshoot incidents and collaborate across teams to reduce business impact.
- Support responsible use of AI and agentic capabilities and contribute to the growth of other developers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating low-code solutions with enterprise systems using connectors, APIs, and cloud flows.
- Experience with software design, testing, application maintenance, and security practices.
- Ability to prioritize requirements and delivery work using roadmaps, epics, and backlogs.
- Ability to troubleshoot incidents independently and collaborate across teams.
- Preferred experience with data pipelines and data stores supporting analytics or machine learning.
- Preferred experience with containerization and orchestration tools for software deployment.
- Preferred experience with predictive or adaptive lifecycle approaches to system design.
- Experience with data classification and NPI/PII-sensitive requirements in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
