Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for enterprise integration, API, event-driven, and interoperability initiatives.
- Define and govern architecture patterns, standards, and best practices across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Review solution designs, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concepts for integration, interoperability, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Translate strategic business and technology objectives into scalable technology solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, integration, or solution architecture roles.
- At least 3 years leading architecture discussions, solution reviews, and enterprise technology decisions.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale integration and API architectures.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, distributed systems, OAuth, SAML, and mTLS.
- Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee, AWS API Gateway, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and container technologies such as Kubernetes, VMware Tanzu, OpenShift, or AWS EKS.
- Strong background with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, cloud technologies, and integration platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare domains including Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Referrals, Prior Authorization, or Interoperability.
- AWS, cloud, architecture, or Agile certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
