Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud-native network infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
- Innovate in an automation-forward environment to scale network infrastructure.
- Interface across teams to test infrastructure changes reliably.
- Maintain and modernize local network infrastructure in NY and SF offices.
- Participate in code and configuration reviews.
- Create clear designs, playbooks, and documentation for the engineering team.
- Monitor performance and availability, providing solutions for systemic issues.
- Participate in on-call duties and resolve critical issues impacting production systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience in resilient and distributed cloud network infrastructure.
- Expertise in observability platforms like Observium and Datadog.
- Passion for network configuration management and test-driven infrastructure automation.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and challenging the status quo.
- Team-oriented mindset valuing collaboration and feedback.
