Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable, maintainable solution design.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to design and enforce coding standards and quality processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for transportation management systems.
- Skill in performance optimization and troubleshooting complex software issues.
