Responsibilities
- Create, enhance, and maintain product features.
- Design, develop, deploy, and debug applications in microservices and Kubernetes environments.
- Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Understand and contribute to event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, productivity, testing, and debugging.
- Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities, Generative AI integrations, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- 2–3 years of working experience in Java development.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot knowledge with hands-on object-oriented design and development experience.
- Knowledge of RDBMS systems; Cassandra experience is a plus.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and microservices architecture.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, system design, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical software development applications.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered application integrations is a plus.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI APIs and frameworks is desirable.
- Familiarity with Cassandra or NoSQL databases, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Generative AI technologies is preferred.
