Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design for enterprise Optimizely CMS solutions across SaaS and PaaS environments.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance CMS solutions aligned with digital experience objectives.
- Conduct technical discovery, evaluate client needs, and recommend digital architecture strategies.
- Design and implement headless CMS, personalization, and A/B testing solutions using the Optimizely suite.
- Collaborate with UX, product owners, backend engineers, and frontend engineers to deliver implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
- Establish best practices for Optimizely implementation, version control, code quality, and deployment.
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to clients and internal business and technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the Optimizely DXP product roadmap, features, and advancements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with CMS solutions, including 4–5 years of hands-on Optimizely experience.
- Strong command of .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Optimizely Framework APIs.
- Proven experience with headless CMS, personalization, and A/B testing using the Optimizely suite.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade CMS solutions.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.
- Optimizely CMS Developer certification is good to have.
- Experience with Optimizely SaaS CMS, Commerce, or Content Recommendations is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Exposure to CRM, DAM, PIM, and analytics platform integrations is preferred.
- Familiarity with React, Vue, or Next.js is a bonus.
- Contributions to the Optimizely community, blogs, or forums are appreciated.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
