Base Salary
$260k - $305k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own implementation of design system components and page templates across web properties.
- Work within headless CMS architecture to maintain and improve content workflows.
- Collaborate closely with designers to create interactive web experiences.
- Contribute to internal tools for content management and publishing.
- Participate in migrations and site architecture projects.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on concepts in collaboration with the team.
- Support tooling and workflow improvements for faster project delivery.
Requirements
- Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar.
- Strong understanding of CSS for implementing complex layouts and animations.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and content modeling.
- Experience building internal tools to improve team workflows.
- Ability to prototype quickly and iterate confidently.
- Clear communication skills with both designers and engineers.
- Track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid-level scope.
