Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-powered coding assistants to enhance developer productivity.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools into developer workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools and automation.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to address developer pain points.
- Advocate for best practices in CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
- Monitor and improve metrics related to developer productivity and satisfaction.
- Contribute to documentation and internal developer education.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background in languages like Java or Python.

- Familiarity with developer tooling like linters and IDE plugins.

- Experience integrating or building AI-powered developer tools.
