Responsibilities
- Design and architect web-based, inter-process, and embedded software solutions for OneStream MarketPlace.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver solutions that extend the OneStream platform and meet customer and stakeholder needs.
- Define and improve source-code documentation, standards, APIs, and flow diagrams.
- Lead requirements discussions, design planning, complex feature design, formal code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Review unit tests, approve pull requests and release branches, and help maintain code quality and automation.
- Mentor engineers, provide coding and design guidance, and support onboarding and training for new hires.
- Build and improve deployment automation and support software deployments into cloud-hosted infrastructure.
- Analyze and optimize managed-code performance, SQL queries, relational dependencies, indexing, partitioning, and stored procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, software development, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline experience.
- 8+ years of software development and industry experience.
- Strong software design, architecture, design-pattern, problem-solving, memory and performance-tuning, and SQL optimization expertise.
- Experience with RESTful API design, installation automation, cloud-hosted deployments, and deployment automation using Git Actions or DevOps pipelines.
- Experience reviewing team members’ unit tests and understanding SSO configuration, website file management, access, session data, web application development, and debugging.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, and JavaScript, and proficiency with C#, VB.NET, and .NET.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure, plus CI/CD pipelines, automation, secure coding, and data protection principles.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, work cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
- Preferred qualifications include financial systems or domain expertise and three or more Azure certifications.
