Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production AI-powered systems and agentic experiences.
- Build foundational systems for cutting-edge AI experiences, including voice AI pipelines.
- Integrate foundation models via APIs and open-source frameworks.
- Own projects end-to-end, focusing on reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ship AI features.
- Drive engineering excellence through thoughtful system design and code review.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior software engineer with production systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with AI or ML in production, including LLM-powered features.
- Experience owning services end-to-end, including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Excitement for leveraging cutting-edge development tools to maximize velocity.
