Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance features using React and TypeScript.
- Architect and optimize server-side logic and data models using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, UX researchers, and backend engineers on full-stack solutions.
- Write clean, modular, tested, and maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Improve application speed, scalability, responsiveness, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
- Identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks and champion continuous technical improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional full-stack development experience focused on complex web applications.
- Deep expertise in React, including hooks, component lifecycle, core principles, and state management.
- Extensive experience scaling enterprise backend applications with Java and Spring Boot, including API security and database performance tuning.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, Vite, Yarn, relational databases, MySQL, RESTful APIs, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and Git.
- Experience building responsive and accessible web interfaces and solving complex technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and identity and access management protocols such as FIDO, U2F, WebAuth, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Federation is preferred.
- Open-source contributions are preferred.
