Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance features using React and TypeScript.
  • Architect and optimize high-performance server-side logic and robust data models using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into Fullstack solutions.
  • Write clean, modular, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
  • Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture for long-term scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring code quality.
  • Proactively identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in Fullstack development and recommend new tools.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Fullstack development.
  • Deep expertise in React and its core principles.
  • Extensive experience in developing enterprise-grade backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with front-end tooling such as Webpack and Babel.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL.
  • Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and a commitment to writing tests.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
