Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance features using React and TypeScript.
- Architect and optimize high-performance server-side logic and robust data models using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into Fullstack solutions.
- Write clean, modular, well-tested, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture for long-term scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Proactively identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in Fullstack development and recommend new tools.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Fullstack development.
- Deep expertise in React and its core principles.
- Extensive experience in developing enterprise-grade backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end tooling such as Webpack and Babel.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL.
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and a commitment to writing tests.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
