Responsibilities
- Build and deliver tailored demos of the agentic AI platform, including agent flows, scripts, and demo environments.
- Write code for demo scaffolding, light integrations, data mocking, and rapid proofs of concept using LLM and agentic tooling.
- Own technical presentations, solution architectures, ROI narratives, and the technical narrative throughout sales cycles.
- Run prospect discovery and scoping, translating requirements into agent and solution designs.
- Answer product, integration, and AI safety questions for clinical, commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Support pilots and proofs of concept hands-on, connecting sold solutions with deployment.
- Share field insights with Product and ML teams to improve the platform and sales messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience spanning software engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions or sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- Ability to code in Python or JavaScript, work with APIs, and prototype LLM-based or agentic systems.
- Consulting-grade client presence, structured thinking, executive-level presentation skills, and the ability to run a room.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes.
- Preferred experience in forward deployed engineering, management consulting, client-embedded delivery, healthcare, pharma, life sciences technology, conversational AI, voice agents, agentic workflows, or enterprise sales cycles.
