Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of AI-enabled SAP solutions using SAP BTP services.
- Work with technical and functional teams to explore intelligent automation and Generative AI use cases across SAP business processes.
- Support SAP Cloud Integration flows, API integrations, authentication, monitoring, and troubleshooting of failed integrations.
- Contribute to documentation and collaborate on SAP Joule and Generative AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in SAP BTP, Generative AI, or related technologies.
- Basic understanding of SAP BTP, including Global Accounts, Subaccounts, Cloud Foundry, Destinations, Connectivity, SAP Integration Suite, and Service Marketplace.
- Knowledge of Cloud Integration concepts, iFlows, REST, SOAP, OData, APIs, XML, JSON, and API Management.
- Understanding of Basic Authentication, OAuth 2.0, certificates, integration monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of SAP Joule, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Responsible AI, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and SAP Generative AI Hub.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- SAP BTP or AI certification and relevant academic project or internship experience are advantageous.
- BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, MSc Computer Science, or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred; SAP CAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and enterprise business process experience are beneficial.
