Base Salary
$140k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership by actively coding and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide engineers to enhance their skills.
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in ML Engineering.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and software.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to enhance team dynamics.
- Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or data science.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and infrastructure needs.
- Strong technical expertise in software engineering principles and machine learning techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries is a plus.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
