Base Salary
$140k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and review architectural plans and participate in implementation for new projects.
- Guide adoption of appropriate traditional and cutting-edge technologies and methods.
- Mentor and teach engineers across the organization.
- Perform code reviews and mentor others in effective code review practices.
- Ensure software delivery meets reliability, scalability, security, quality, and business timeline expectations.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and company leadership to promote collaboration and high standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Marketplace product experience and understanding of scaling multi-sided platforms are highly desirable.
- Strong full-stack development expertise with Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and AWS is required.
- Proven ability to set technical direction, mentor engineers across levels, and influence product and business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
