Base Salary
$100k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather, translate, and prioritize stakeholder requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and workflows.
- Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow product backlog.
- Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions and improve business processes through automation and platform capabilities.
- Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Balance product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development.
- Drive ServiceNow adoption and value realization while collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
- Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Travel up to 5% as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
- Experience translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
- Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow platform development, Flow Designer, and Automation Engine.
- Experience designing and supporting REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
- Preferred: experience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, NowCreate, Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto, Performance Analytics, Generative AI, predictive analytics, Agentic AI, Azure, AWS, GCP, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.
- Preferred: experience serving as a Product Owner or Solution Consultant.
