Base Salary

$100k - $135k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Gather, translate, and prioritize business stakeholder requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and workflows.
  • Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow product backlog.
  • Develop, support, and deliver scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.
  • Design and support REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise platforms.
  • Improve business processes through automation and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Balance product ownership responsibilities with hands-on technical development.
  • Drive stakeholder relationships, platform adoption, and value realization.
  • Collaborate across geographically distributed technical and non-technical teams.
  • Travel up to 5% as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
  • Experience translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow platform development, Flow Designer, and Automation Engine.
  • Experience designing and supporting REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
  • Preferred experience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, or GRC.
  • Preferred knowledge of NowCreate, ServiceNow implementation best practices, Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto, and Performance Analytics.
  • Preferred experience with generative AI, predictive analytics, Agentic AI, Azure, AWS, GCP, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Preferred experience serving as a Product Owner or Solution Consultant.
