Base Salary
$152k - $283k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the internal operating fabric of Hi Marley by designing and shipping essential tools.
- Understand data flow across the company and design experiences that expose the right information to the right audience.
- Create surfaces and patterns for building and managing internal agents.
- Manage a portfolio of small internal products, prioritizing requests and sequencing work.
- Make decisions on centralized versus decentralized capabilities in collaboration with leadership.
- Partner with the Technical Infrastructure team to merge experiences and technology.
Requirements
- Strong design instincts combined with the ability to ship production code.
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple internal product requests effectively.
- Strong UI judgment and understanding of design principles.
- Excellent communication skills to present work to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with AWS is a bonus.
