Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the platform for production trading systems.
- Debug kernel performance and develop management tools.
- Resolve production issues in real-time.
- Focus on deployment automation and scalable configuration management.
- Collaborate with Trading, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Perform comprehensive root-cause analyses and integrate long-term fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of operating system fundamentals, especially Linux.
- Fluency with the Unix command line and shell scripting.
- Practical experience with modern Linux systems and systems programming concepts.
- Basic understanding of network protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of profiling/debugging tools.
- Programming experience in any language, with functional languages being a plus.
- Fluency in English required.
