Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for AI systems and own architecture for backend and AI platform systems.
- Write production code as a hands-on contributor, ensuring end-to-end reliability of AI systems.
- Champion AI native development practices to enhance team productivity.
- Mentor engineers and establish coding standards and architectural documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in software development, including architecture and integration.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming with Python as the primary language.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, CSS frameworks, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
