Responsibilities
- Co-build and co-sell with cloud service providers and regional systems integrators through discovery sessions, hands-on workshops, and proofs of concept.
- Develop repeatable partner enablement programs including slides, demonstrations, solution briefs, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Create reusable solution playbooks for real-time analytics, logs and observability, product analytics, IoT, and AI features, including TCO and performance guidance.
- Support cloud marketplace listings, co-sell processes, partner program requirements, and compliance artifacts with Alliances and Ecosystems.
- Present at partner events and meetups across India and APJ and relay partner and customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partner engineering or presales for data platforms such as analytics databases, OLAP, data warehousing, lakehouse, or streaming.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud service provider—AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure—with two preferred.
- Strong SQL and analytics fundamentals, with familiarity with columnar systems, Kafka, CDC, ETL, and observability stacks.
- Proven experience building joint solutions, leading proofs of concept, creating technical content, and enabling partner teams.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills across architecture sessions, live product demonstrations, and executive-level presentations.
- Experience with BYOC or customer-managed deployments in regulated APJ environments is a bonus.
- Contributions to open-source communities or developer-facing content are a bonus.
- An entrepreneurial track record of building programs from scratch in high-growth environments is a bonus.
