Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain search solutions using ElasticSearch.
Optimize search performance, scalability, and relevance across diverse datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective search strategies.
Develop and manage indexing pipelines, crawling mechanisms, and data transformation workflows.
Monitor and troubleshoot search infrastructure to ensure reliability and low latency.
Stay updated on emerging search technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience with ElasticSearch in production environments.
Hands-on experience with AI Agents, Elastic Agent Builders, RAG in Elastic search.
Strong understanding of search algorithms, relevancy tuning, and query optimization.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with data indexing, crawling, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
