Responsibilities
- Dive deep into the latest AI/ML research, particularly in the LLM space.
- Design, build, and test proof-of-concepts and prototypes for AI-powered features.
- Implement and integrate AI/ML models into future Bandwidth offerings.
- Collaborate within a small, cross-functional R&D team.
- Experiment with various AI techniques, including advanced prompting strategies.
- Stay updated on the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Leverage LLM-powered IDEs and development tools to accelerate innovation.
- Present research findings and prototype demonstrations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in AI and ML, with deep knowledge in at least one specific domain.
- Proven experience designing, building, and evaluating AI/ML models (typically 3+ years).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models and associated concepts.
- Experience implementing services or applications built on LLMs.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.
- Relentless curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies in AI/ML.
- Experience using LLM-powered IDEs or coding assistants.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
