Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software.
- Coordinate with project, functional, systems analysis, and engineering teams on requirements, execution, and progress.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, status updates, and project specifications.
- Capture client clarifications, provide customer support, collect feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, quality risks, and stakeholder concerns.
- Complete continuing education and certifications to maintain current programming and technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory AWS and DevOps skills.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system problems.
- Ability to automate software validation and execute test cases.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, and code comments.
- Ability to support customer communications, issue tracking, and on-time software delivery.
