Responsibilities
- Lead projects throughout the entire software development life-cycle.
- Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to define business processes and gather requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants during software implementations.
- Develop APIs and launch relational data models in production.
- Work within an agile environment to meet client needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel 20% for customer engagement.
